These sports reporters on twitter have killed it. It's like they don't understand how jokes work. They talk about it like its an actual statement instead of just a funny picture...

Y'all don't like it, stop making up cool shyt.

You know how many times I done caught myself being salty about some shyt I done made up going viral? Too many to count. Every other day, I see people using hastags for their fave shows based off some shyt I started saying for fun back in 1998 while cysing Kordell Stewart. I called him Da 'Dell or Dat 'Dell. Then it got real stupid and I started chopping off syllables from words, which led to 'cism AKA racism and 'tegrity AKA integrity and so on and so forth. Recently, I was reading some online article and some chick was partying because Shondra Rhimes retweeted her #DatMurda hastag for How to Get Away With Murder and I was standing at the elevator in disgust while people was asking me if I was getting on or not. That shyt had me stuck, I was so mad. This bamma ass chick was taking credit for my shyt. Then, not even a week later Ava DuVernay was cysing the #DemThrones...ain't no credit come my way, and that one was more blantant because it wasn't just based on some verbal device I can up with like dropping some syllables...nah, that was some shyt I said first on our podcast and nyggas took it and cooked it up.

Now, I've just resigned myself to being cool with people enjoying shyt me and my friends start on the internet. It's fine. It means people like it. Besides, EVERYTHING is community property on the internet. Nyggas gon use your shyt and they ain't even gon care that you made it up or not. They just wanna party.

So y'all might as well stop crying, dogg.

Norfeast groovin…
That's actually not a bad thing brehs, can you imagine how many coli smileys would've been run into the ground if these dweebs had any idea of the type of stash we got? :lupe:

:mjcry: was a sacrificial lamb to protect all the others. lmao, they didn't even get to the :mjcry: remixes which are way better than the og. Lets give thanks instead of feel some kinda way because culture vultures and other un-creative fukks didn't give the coli token acknowledgement while lifting all our smilieys.

Real shyt though.

At the end of the day, the payouts of being original/creative off-line > the payouts of being original/creative on-line, especially on message boards. If you're looking for credit through that medium, you won't find it, especially in a niche market like a message board. Posting should be purely for the sake of entertainment 99.9999% of the time, because end of the day it's just a time sink.

Now if you've managed to make yourself some kind of business on-line, that's a different story. I'm not talking about that.
