why you think they went away from just the plug in the coax cord into the TV? Too easy to fukkin steal. Can't steal a box signal, easily detectable even if you mod it. They aint dumb.

Its not about them knowing, its mainly the encryption prevents it

It's just a screw on the inside. Once you remove it you should get cable. You need a special screwdriver.

I'm sure any hardware store sells it
