So this facebook chat im in is having a meme/gif war. They using them one click apps to just add faces to pics. Im trying to up the ante. I know there was a website where I could attach a face to a already made gif. But it's down

Obviously there got to be alternative ways. Someone teach me!

import the gif into photoshop, i think it's "import video to frames"
then you have to edit the gif frame by frame as you move the head you added to the gif.

it can be time consuming.

Got a program called Imageready I think that allows you to load up whole gifs and edit EACH frame. Photoshop works best if you know how to use it but if you just want simple "Ms PAINT" type tools to do simple shyt with, Imageready is quite nice.

Yep. Same for GIMP (free for all platforms). shyt can be extra time consuming for the long (> 5 sec) gifs cause you wind up having to edit tens to hundreds of frames.
