TheBooth opinions doesn't matter like that. Most of the artists that get hate on here are popping. The artists that get the most love ain't making no real noise.

IDFWU went 3x Platinum, Paradise went Gold, Blessings went 2x Platinum, OMCCTW went Gold, I Know went Gold, Play No Games went Gold (Dark Sky Paradise went Platinum). And that's only the singles off the last album. Has a crazy catalogue too. When it's said and done he will go down as one of the best of the 2010s class.

Sean has good consistency, and thats gonna matter long term. Been better than the tent writers for a minute, and as of late, hasn't even been at it with the corny bars.

He just needs that one mainstream project still that is undeniable. Detroit still his best project.

Delivery is trash, wordplay is inconsistent and his voice is grating after a while. Plus, I don't even know who Big Sean really is... after, what, 7 projects? Dark Sky Paradise was a step in the right direction but it was surface level.

His best attribute is his flow, production and he does make some solid hooks. But I think he's the weakest link out of the "new school"
