A bunch of guys get an official looking van, show up in masks and no ID, say they are ICE and "arrest" them.
This could be both organized crime and unorganized too.
Say a bunch of guys see a sexy mamasita, all curvy and shyt, and then they decide to pretend to be ICE.

The family or whoever will think it might be legit, they may call the govt for updates rather than file a police report.
Maybe by the time they realize it was a kidnapping it's too late, and how much would the police care in this political atmosphere?
They may even say to contact ICE, as ICE does not report names to local police.

Isn't this a recipe for a massive disaster?
