for some folks it aint even a issue of not being able to afford it...

yes, i admit, if i forked out healthcare money i may not be able to do some of the things i do every month, or buy some of the foods i like to stock my freezer up every month.

i can realistically afford it...BUT I DONT WANT IT! im healthy, i dont even get sick :dwillhuh: other than the flu every couple years if im unfortunate, maybe a short 2 day runny nose or sore throat here or there during the year. im not clumsy either, i dont fall and break bones.

I DONT WANT HEALTHCARE RIGHT NOW

this dude is a bytch ass honkey ****** for making people do this. There is tons of working poor eating the fine this year then gonna have to figure out what to do next year...and if not, REALLY gonna have to figure out what to in 2016 when you getting hit with that 695 dollar fine

What so crazy about this is the health insurance my job offer is terrible. But it's still better than this shyt the government offering thru United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

I've registered but might have to eat the $200 this year and buy the insurance my job offer next year.

You do know that he didn't right this himself and congress basically f'd it up, right? That the plan that passed was chopped up and pieced together by the time it passed through capital hill right? That the plan that passed was not the plan that as intended?

But yea it is a lose lose situation to me.
I know. That's just me lashing out in frustration.

Under 30, no kids, single person household. The best they could do was damn near $200 a month.

The tax is 1% of income up to $10k, roughly $100 a year. Then it goes to 2% next year if you decline, then 2.5%. I'd rather pay that tax and pay for my own medical than pay $2400 a year

People are quick to pony up for required auto insurance despite never filing a claim or getting into an accident but bicth about health insurance.

Apples and apples...
Nah. I'll be damned if somebody hits my newish car and doesn't have liability.
Plus liability is cheap. This isn't the same

no the fukk its not...i havent been to the doctors or emergency room in 10 years.

its not worth it to pay for health care and i dont need it like that.

if the rare rare rare instance i have to go see a doctor or go to the er....im willing to foot the bill.

what the fukk is wrong with that :upsetfavre:

there is payment plans for er bills that im more than willing to pay if i need an er visit.

i have no use for healthcare at the current moment...:pacspit: this baby family killing drone striking president for forcing me to pay for it.

Do you realize how expensive medical care is for the uninsured?
Monthly payments on a fortune aren't going to cut it.

I got laid off, my excellent healthcare benefits ran out at the end of the month.
A couple of months later, I end up in the ER in incredible pain
Turns out I had a kidney stone that blocking the exit from my kidney.
Spent a day and a half in the hospital, didn't even have a real surgery.
The bill for that stay was $36k.
Imagine if you're in any type of accident that requires a surgery and hospitalization?
What kind of payment plan do you think you're going to be able to manage?

This definitely changed my opinion of Obama. These healthcare plans aint shyt. I recently got an income increase so my son was dropped from Medicaid. The price for him, his mother, and myself for a silver plan was 500 minimum. Thats a fukkin carnote
