So how much credit are we giving Steve Kerr?

There is no doubt Kerr is one of the luckiest guys in NBA history, but has he proven himself to be one of the best coaches in the league?

This season I think he has at least been right up there with Pop when considering the total package of managing players, empowering players and assistant coaches, game planning, adjustments on the fly, leadership, and personality.

Next year we'll find out if he's truly legit or if this is a Jon Gruden in Tampa taking over for Tony Dungy kind of situation.

He truly learned from his years in PHX. He built a modern day Suns team and all those Spurs ass whippings had him ripe to capitalize off this opportunity.

I felt like he was games 1-3. He won the coaching battle in the end.

He did precisely what he was asked for, from lineups to rotations, etc.

He deserves as much credit as a championship brings.

yea hate to say it but he was the best move for the dubs looking at it in hindsight mark jackson wouldnt have got them there those boys worked hard for kerr but they played with jacksons toughness. So kudos to kerr and getting a good coaching staff around him
