First thing to realize is that no one can accurately describe all of NYC - it's too big. Each borough is the size of some cities in other states. That being said Ima personify this shyt like a mothafukka :youngsabo:

1.) Manhattan cats

And what I really mean is Upper West Side and Harlem dudes. Everything below 96th street/Central Park is straight zzzzzz status. Lots of hispanics in the upper 200s on the West Side. MAD bad bytches. Them dominicans super protective of their women though. Get cut if you want to. The parks are mad nice, especially Riverside in the summer when all the colleges throw parties. Harlem itself is hustle central. Not an exaggeration that them dudes know every scam in the book. Just hit up 125th Street and even on the coldest day somebody trying to sell you a DVD. Hell, you gonna see Loaded Lux out there himself. East and West Harlem are two different world though. Both have lots of brownstones, which of course means gentrification going on. Always found West Harlem the nice area to walk around and just chill. East Harlem is more beastly. Gotta keep your wits about you. If you ever do business with them and are even 1 cent short somebody gotta die. Even if they can't count.

2.) Queens dudes

What I REALLY mean is Jamaica, Rosedale, St Johns area, and QB. Everything else is ignored. Mad cool cats. No idea why people call them soft because anyone can get it poppin at anytime. Lots of caribbean and indian cats. They two way streets are the size of one way streets :mindblown: and transportation can be a bytch if you are in the wrong area. A lot of them at a young age had whips and probably went over to Long Island to smash everything in existence. The largest borough size wise. Trust when I say there are parts of Queens not on the map where millionaires live that the general pop has no clue about. Lavish mansions.

3.) The Brooklyn Zoo

Largest in terms of population. Every fukking ethnicity of every place in the world can be found in Brooklyn. SO. MANY. bytchES. You could literally live your entire life in Brooklyn and get the city high life, hood and suburb experiences down pat. Mad Caribbeans in Flatbush. Asians in Sunset Park. Whites in Williamsburg and Bensonhurst. African Americans in Bed-stuy. Jews in Crown Heights. Tend to be more tolerant because we deal with so many people. Also easy to get around because trains go everywhere. Brooklyn dudes got a lot of pride and stay ready to fight. Being from Brooklyn to me is almost like being from someplace else because it's so unique. So many food choices too. But that pride shyt...?

4.) Bronx goons

Grime central. Fights breaking out on the regular. You from Brooklyn? lol good for you, more stitches. Mad hispanic chicks, even badder than the Upper West ones. The "rich" area is Riverdale and everywhere else is middle class and hood central. Warning: Be careful taking Bronx nikkas anywhere outside they borough. These cats are extra ready to do something wild. They see bright lights and go from mogwais to gremlins and start tearing shyt up. Anytime you hear about a dude getting beat up because some dudes tried to touch his chick's fat ass? Bronx dudes stomped em out at a club somewhere. No fukks given.

5.) Strong Island

Kind of get treated like step children by other dudes. Really - ain't shyt to do there. Cool cats but you can tell some of them got a chip on their shoulder because it's "outside" the 4 main boroughs. Gotta take the ferry boat or drive to get there. It's out of the way. Far from the action. Since it's closer to Brooklyn by car than anything else I guess that's why I always used to see them in Downtown BK. They pretty much need a car as a way of life. Won't ever go to SI to meet a chick because I ain't trying to catch a jooks by dudes she set up. Tell her to meet me on neutral soil.

:yeshrug:

Rass. :ohhh:

Everything u describe for each borough was on point. I've never been to Staten Island or Queens, but Brooklyn, Harlem, Bronx is true. My brethren almost says the same thing about Queens n Staten Island. I live on 135th Malcolm x blvd street (next to the Harlem hospital), but EVERYTHING u said about the hoes/pride shyt is true.
My new barber is Jamaican... I was nervous as fukk, niccas was in there watching soccer and cricket :skip:

But breh got skills :salute:

I seen a lot of young kids with Chicago Bulls gear. Are they popular here or is it some NY Bloods shyt?

No homo, but the young'ns here got good fashion sense, not on no fufu tight pants type shyt... alot of Timbs and J's

Welcome to NYC bigmon, enjoy the life style, and watch out for dem battymon/trannies.

Big city full of women from different ethnics so eat mi brethren eat. :myman:

You'll fit right in. You know EVERYTHING about NY. Just watch out for certain night clubs. :scust:

SOMEONE should make an official NYC thread so we can discuss certain things about NYC. :takedat:

Respect for Jamaican reference. :salute:

NYC
fukking Malba. The first time I drove through there it was like driving into another world.

It's hidden in plain sight. It's almost scary. My dad used to say that's where all the rich mobsters lived. :lupe:

My boy that did contracting work with his father put me on. Said as soon as they drove off some ramp into a hidden neighborhood, cops showed up to ask them why they were there. (Muslims dudes with beards, cops profiling smh). When he described the fukking mansions to me shyt seemed like palaces. He told me the place was spotless and lavish to the core.

NYC is just too much to discuss. But if anyone happens to be young and in high school reading this: enjoy that shyt. Hit up every high school in your area and feast. Same for college peoples in NYC- visit other schools. That shyt is such an advantage in our city. Abuse it. You will have contacts from all over.

Why would you want to move even farther out in Queens?

My QU friends know, beyond Astoria, I just won't be able to do it!

St Johns area? :heh: that's fresh meadows breh, fukk is so live about that? Nothing but orthodox jews in that neighborhood.

The popular neighborhoods in queens have always been:

Jamaica - Northside, Southside

Long Island City - Queensbridge, Astoria

Corona/E. Elmhurst area - Lefrak city is in Corona, junction blvd stretches all the way into E. Elmhurst.

Flushing

Far Rockaway/the Rockaways

Hip-Hop wise this is where all these Queens rappers are from.

Aside from those you got the white neighborhoods like Forest Hills (not really white, more like a mix of different ethnicities with money), Bayside, Fresh Meadows, Douglaston, Whitestone, and Little Neck.

Growing up in NYC you get hip to so many people and cultures. It is not a lie that if you can talk to NY chicks you can bag anything. The sheer AMOUNT of p*ssy and the ease of access is crazy. Just off sheer amount of chances you'll be able to talk to almost any woman anywhere.

Once you done with the 5 boroughs and see them white chicks/valley black girls in long island and how much they drool for cats from the city :lolbron:

True indeed man. Anytime I'm outta town people are amazed at how I'm able to talk to different ethnicities and relate to them like it's nothing. Other places got that fake diversity where nobody ever talks to each other. In NY you have to, even if don't want to.

People I'm with be like :wtf: :patrice:

Meanwhile out here it's nothing special, just regular shyt. We take too much for granted being from NY, I realize that every time I leave for extended periods of time.
