Walmart. Them Hisense Sero tablets are the ONLY off-brand/store-brand tablets i'd recommend to folks. You can tell it's not just some random cheap ass-tablet by the specs.

All depends on what it's going to be used for. All I do anymore on my tab is watch movies/shows. It's a rare occasion that I use it for anything else. But for my kids (who will use them for everything possible), I got them the Nexus tabs.....
