It's not nearly as bad as most reviewers made it out to be but it's certainly a flawed game. It's a hard 7 at best.

IMO The Order should have been a $20 downloadable episodic game, the ending really implies that the rest of the game was cut in half.

i played yesterday for a hour or 2 and thought it was horrible. just not fun at all and story is hard to follow. however i was in a different zone yesterday today i playing again and damn this shyt is amazing! dont understand all the hate ok i get its short and theres not a lot of interactive like you have to do exactly what they say its very linear but you take the game for what it is and its easily atleast a 7/10 if it had multiplayer this would be a solid 9 or even if it had some expansions

The engine is there, they just need to add MORE gameplay for the sequel and they'll be fine. Now that they've gotten the roots of the story out of the way.

Most reviews scored it in the 6.5-7 range

And how would you expect a game that should have been $20 to review when they are asking for $60. If you ask me it got reviewed better than it should have.

I don't consider 7 to be a bad score considering that 10 is supposed to be perfect almost completely free of flaws. Realistically a really good game should be a 9 max with most good games being 8. I still say the game has one of the best twists when you find out who the main enemy is.

It's a shame that RAD most likely wont get a second chance at The Order since the sales have been pretty dreadful for a AAA game. I would like to see what more they can do with the world.
