Me personally, I’ll take less pay for a better environment. I’ve had jobs where I was making ridiculous money but I hated the people I worked with. I took a pay cut to work in a more enjoyable atmosphere.

You can’t make personal phone calls with company phones..21 days pt0 which includes everything. But the second job with 10k less, my potential manager had two sleeve tattoos and he interviewed me in shorts and tropical shirt hahah the hr lady was feelin me tho her bd is Jamaican... she told me all that

I dont see the big hangup with 21 pto days and not being able to use company phones to make personal calls but if its that big of a deal to you I would go with the more laid back culture in #2, 80k is nothing to sneeze at either.
