NY nikkas are just as bad as South nikkas for stealing L.A. gang culture. nikkas in the Bronx claiming Piru. nikka, you ain't never even seen a palm tree or felt a warm breeze in December let alone seen the real Piru Street. NY Crips came out of nowhere. NY B's and C's merge Chicago and L.A. gang politics. NY Bloods saying they "rep the 5". 
It's funny when I hear nikkas from Jersey/NY say "Bu-bu-but-but L.A. nikkas came to NY and started sets, fam". 
How you gone let outta towner from another coast come and tax your operation on your own turf. 
L.A. Crip nikkas came to SF in the early 80's and got shot up and ran out within weeks and months.

He got a song called "Put My nikkas On" with Compton Menace. He is repping the set too hard on that song like he really from there. 
They even shot the video in Compton where Bhris is all flamed up wearing a red bandana tied to the front like Pac with a red L.A. hockey jersey. They never dropped the official video prolly because CB's press team thought it would be bad for his image. But you can peep the behind the scenes and listen to the song.
This is the big reason why Chris wannabe a thug so bad because he wants to shed his old innocent child star image just like the rest of them crazy child stars gone bad. Bay nikkas ain't wanna get taxed by outta towners from L.A. Also, the Bay got too much pride for that. The Bay and L.A. have an intense rivalry in everything from culture to sports. But Hollywood, N.W.A. and Death Row romanticized South Central L.A. lifestyle and everybody thought it was cool nationwide.
