Somewhere during when I was in elementary school. We were set to learn it in 3rd grade but then it turned out to be busy work during the last 2 weeks of school to keep us occupied. We didn't even have to turn anything in.

I can't even remember how to write in cursive. Sucks because cursive makes handwriting easier on your hands. I tried writing something long I was wore out.
