You can probably still pay today and avoid the warrant. You should call the court as soon as they open up this morning.
just realized on the ticket it said to appear in court or pay off by october 8th...i'm gonna get a bench warrant for my arrest brehs, right?

The same thing happened to me but I was supposed to pay it off weeks ago, what happens if you pay it late? Is there still a warrant?

Had this shyt happen to me. I had a ticket for a hit and run. I got the date confused. Showed up the day after once I realized I had the court date wrong. As I go in and tell someone at the court house that I got the date mistaken the woman's response was "an officer will be up to arrest". Had to have my mom and my girl going around to find a lawyer to get me out of jail.

I've paid tickets late before just go to their website online use a credit card see if it still lets you pay...most likely though every month late you get $10 added to the fine so you should be good
