mothafukk capital one, shyt feel like a punch to my gut right now. Apparently they feel I don't have enough liquid right now to put down for a crib and they tripping off a late payment I had in December. Was really forward to that approval so I can get one of these new houses being built in my area by spring/summer.
What ha think I should do?
Stack more bread than go to Another bank in a few months and try again?
Deadline for me to try to get one of these houses is October. 9 of them being built with 3 being ready in a few months
