Throw it in the frying pan with oil. Add seasonings
... Towards the end, add onions and green peppers and voila! you're making liver.

This might be a dumb question, but what seasonings do you use?
I love liver and onions with some green banana, piece of yellow yam and boil dumplin...put some pepper sauce on it...

I like the oil to cook with the garlic, diced onions, & a hint of salt until the onion turns light brown BEFORE I throw ANY MEAT in, not just liver... but
Seasonings?
You know. The usual, salt pepper, jalapeno, garlic, parsley. After cooking your meal sprinkle lemon/lime on top.

What the hell does liver taste like? Is it comparable to any other food? I still can't get past the fact I'm eating an internal organ.
