The problem is it requires money (which I don't have) and that's it. The coli brehs, how you get this thing off the ground without giving away the idea? I was looking at kickstarter whatever, but once you put that out there, anybody could come in and steal it.

You need to know roughly how much money will be needed.

You said it's a multi-million idea. You're going to need one helluva sales pitch without any traction or business history to convince an investor.
