Django unchained sucked. So I would hope this is better. I'm not too hopeful that Hollywood would honor the legacy of Robinson by delivering an accurate portrayal of his groundbreaking career, but I appreciate it as a platform for the actor who played him.
What awful options.
42 was awful. They even played the whole walking out to glory horns when Jackie exposed his d!ck to his white teammates. It was literally the same music they played when he first hit the field. Such a goofy flick. I hope they never make another movie like this. All race relation films should be like Django.
