It really depends on what u want.

I dont think any Benz lower than a E class wagon is worth buying, personally.

Audis are good but like @The Bilingual Gringo said you need to get a newer one. The older ones had problems. I was days away from pulling the trigger on a B6 Passat 2.0T for wifey (same engine as the A4) but then I read about the carbon buildup shyt.

BMWs are OK but a little plain. A 3 series is a damn good car, but its so commonplace. shyt's like a Camry to me. For a young sporty nikka I would check out the 1 or 2 series. I'm hoping I can get an M235i for my next whip. Waiting for them to dip under 25K used.

Dont sleep on Infiniti or Lexus either. The IS beat the BMW in comparisons (they dont even bother bringing out the Audi/MB for them) and the G is still a solid car with a lot of value.

Bold is true but that's why you gotta get 7 series don't see them as often in regular driving unless you live in a more upscale area.

Yea but then you have this big ass unreliable gas guzzling fast depreciating albatross around your neck. Plus thats an old mans car. U spending 7 money, might as well get a 6, the 6 4 door, an X6 etc.

I am a sporty nikka so if I got a Bimmer it would have to be that 1 or 2. I dont like those big ass cars. Where I lived in NYC the S class/7/LS460 were executive cabs.

True some people look at 7's as old mans cars but others as "boss"/I made it cars. Me and my boy was just having this talk yesterday. I told him alot of people like the smaller BMWs he said only blacks he know like that are either broke or sellout nikkas you seem to only find online. I don't agree while I don't know about the 1/2 I know for sure I would cop a 3/4 anyday and people would have to get their jokes on me for having a "girl" car.

I mean, if u buy a car to make people think ur a boss u lost. I would drive a Dodge Neon if it was fun and fit in my budget.

3/4 is a good compromise... I'm just not feeling the current one like I did the old ones.

I can agree with the you lost part because that's not even close to reality. That's sound good talk cause honestly the vast majority when they can gets something that not only fits the budget but best represents them in some way. People in certain areas aren't driving brz type cars just like in a different area they aren't doing caprices on 30's. IMO its all about your surroundings and what is the hotness in your group. I know dudes that would rather spend 100k on GTR and get them props and others who would spend that same money on a new s class.

As far as the cars I like the 3/4 moreso the 4 because I like 2 door cars and I also like the look.

I feel u. IDK I like to drive what I like. I'm down here in Harley Mustang and pickup truck country but I'll be d-d-d-d-d-dayumed ridin around like that. They will have to pry my Kawasaki and Z from my cold dead hands. I just cant cosign buying a car for props, but to each his own.

3/4 is good cause its a nice car but it's still affordable and reasonable. Too low on the totem pole for props but not a Toyota Yaris

I don't think people honestly think they do it for props but its just taking an honest look at things. Similar to dressing not many people that are really close dress, act, etc to differently from their main friends/group. How often do you see a gothic person rolling with cats wearing designer labels and Im talking like they are close friends? That's just how it is and extends to cars too IMO but I hear you too. I also say you not worried about them people (trying to fit in) so that's another reason why you not on that wave they on but if you were trying to fit in like alot of people do you'd have you that Harley F150 and bush that Z in no time flat lol.

My man has a 4 while he don't get crazy props it gets the job done for the avg chick out and about. If that's all it does that's enough for most truthfully whether they admit it or not.

I feel u. Growing up, all my friends had Altima V6s, Maximas and G35s. I was kinda the odd man out with a 93 Accord, so I think from then it was like 'sheit I dont need a nice whip to hang w/ballers'. So thats prob where my perspective comes from. "I need some inexpensive shyt. Low key. A lil Aston Martin or somethin. Black on black. The rims? Lemme see. Put my face on the rims" - Freeky Zeeky. I am just a low key dude.
