a few of those that you linked state that they are doing some of those things.

I think it said Alex Brown was working for CSN Chicago. Not that many people can do TV or media work, tbh.

I just dont know what dude expected them to be doing.

Look again... Alex Brown actually has the EXACT same position I do just at a different company in Chicago. We are direct competitors :russ:

I actually have a friend that works at Coyote and literally sits RIGHT behind him. Dude is brought on alot of their outside customer meetings, people eat that former athlete shyt up.

I was kind of suprised becasue some of them made a lot of bread in their playing career but now are on that 9 to 5 grind. I always figured if you play long enough in the league and invest, you'd never have to do that.

The FedEx driver who delivers to my office was saying that he went over to his aunts house and Lawyer was there talking business. From what I was able to gather it just sounds like a scam. One of those Amway type of sell these products and you "can" make all the money you want type of gigs.

Went to ACN's website and this is the first thing I read.
Be Your Own Boss
Create a home-based business with ACN by offering the essential products and services consumers and businesses use every day. Connect friends and family with essential services in some of the fastest growing industries, including Digital Phone Service, traditional Local & Long Distance, High Speed Internet, Wireless Services, Television, Home Security and Gas and Electricity.

Lawyer is cool though. Got connected with him through a mutual friend on Xbox Live. He's real good at Halo.

That's what I'm saying, this nikka made well over 20 million dollars in his career and within 2 years of retiring he is punching a clock. :mindblown:

It also says he works for CSN as an analyst and he and his wife own a volleyball team. Both of those are listed as "present" employment.

How does this change the fact that he's been working the same 9-5 as me since last April?

Most americans don't retire until their late 60s (if they do at all).
Most athletes do it in their mid-30s.
If you have a strong work ethic, doing nothing productive isn't exactly exciting :manny:

I'm just saying that this job is not his only source of income. It could be his MAIN source right now, but when you look at it, it's not like he was a top tier defensive end. I'm not even sure he made over $20M (before taxes) in a 10 year career. People forget he wasn't a high draft pick, and I'm pretty sure he wasn't banking like that his last few seasons.
