Seems like every indy has some kind of "____" the Clown. There's a fed here called XICW and there's a "Drunk the Clown" gimmick. The show's I've seen have been based in a bar & grill. Dude comes out like Doink and he literally has the shot girl bring drinks to ringside. 
He'll make comebacks during the match and then fall over b/c he's too hammered...then he'll take drinks off the shot girl's tray to hulk up. It's like ODB/Doink/Scott Hall. shyt's jooookes.
