The Ferguson thread is the only thread I even post in and care about. I don't give a fukk about sports, music, or any of the fukkboi shyt that makes up most of the threads in TLR. I already said I got up to confront dude but I was restrained by the people I was with. One of my older (he's in his 60s and supposedly put in work in the civil rights era) co workers said it was not the right time. He was right. I would have lost that battle, got shot or arrested, and all over some fukkking clown wearing that shyt. A lot of people here are on that shyt. I posted a pic of dude and shared my story. Maybe I should have posted this in the Ferguson thread instead of making a thread about it.

Dudes always give this advice but it doesn't make any sense. If nikkas allow c00ns to get away with c00nery and receive no censure, it will only continue. Similarly if society allows people to get away with theft, people will take advantage of the discrepancy and thievery will become more frequent. The fear of social and legal fallout discourages and prevents theft. Likewise the fear of social reprieve should do the same to c00ns. Some c00ns rationalize everything such that they never have a nikka wake up. As such waiting for them to come to their senses is like waiting for a devout religious person to reject their religion on logical grounds. For many that will never happen and so it is best to attach social (and legal, if you can) mores to their actions. This enacts change.

I agree with you. My coworkers are the ones who held me back from confronting dude. I kind of regret letting them do that, especially given they're also black and should have understood my anger. Next time I see some c00n pulling shyt like that, I'm stepping to them. No
