it's simple I really wanted to go to New Orleans and take a carriage ride to a riverfront café around sunset and propose there but I assumed she wanted to be around family from previous conversations.

I was actually worried about this earlier on and that's why I came up with my New Orleans proposal plan if she wanted it to be private.
I got her mom to get me the answers I needed and she always kept it 100 with me.
First, what does she like? Does she like mushy, sappy, cheesy things? Is she a romantic? Does she like surprises? Is she big on family and would want them there? Her favorite places, song, food etc...
