EXP loss on death was murder in Final Fantasy XI. It literally took YEARS to get to max level on ONE job.
Yeah, I figure they'll do that. But just as a starting cap it seems low. Maybe other games are different, but Borderlands 1 & 2 and Dead Island all capped at 50 to start.

A few things actually
-That engram is only obtainable during thursday and friday at a special vendor that sells exotics
-You can only purchase it with mote of light which is a a pretty rare currency (it cost 23 mote of light to be exact.)
-He bought it and took it to get unlocked at the cryptarch only to find out it was not for his class
-He takes an epic L so we won't have to
Seems silly the game would give you a rare item not for your class. anyway I thought you could switch classes in the end game. you can't?A few things actually
