I tried Beef bacon recently. I wasn’t impressed enough to try it again.

Turkey bacon and turkey sausage all day!

Pork bacon is good on its own or in a meal I admit. But Turkey bacon hits in a sandwich or eggs.

Don’t sleep on duck bacon (or duck prosciutto). The fat ducks have under the skin makes them a great substitute for fatty pork products

What butchers in East Bay have this? Love me some duck so will want to give this a try.
