So I’m thinking about doing 500 reps a day....

my question is how do I break it down as far as weight goes. Do I go heavy then lower the weight as I knock the reps out? Or just start with whatever weight I can complete 20-25 reps with?

Yeah, chill and think long term. You have a long time to exercise.

What are your current goals?

Breh I probably do 500-600 reps a week across all my exercises.... that shyt is way too much for one fukking day :dead:

You want to get more done and see more gains... do an upper/lower or full body split. Don't sleep on recovery though. You don't grow in the gym, you grow when you recover. Give each body part 2-3 days to recover, dont push to failure, eat just enough, gains will flow like Malaysian rain in the wet season

Just to get my weight up. Broad shoulders , good arms nice chest/back . Just tryna fill out my shirts lol
Gotcha, just make sure the other elements that factor into that are in-line and you have a good plan.

Like eating right? What else? (I suck at eating right)
Your diet is more important than your workout routine breh. Keep that in the front of your mind. If you aren’t eating well there’s damn near no point in working out like that.
