Ehh I have an IPad(3) and an HP Touchpad(yes I'm still using this shyt) with Android on in and I kind of feel like the threadstarter. I don't see any reason why I would prefer IOS over Android, and I was terribly disappointed with the app store and how the shyt is separated between Iphone/Ipad with the Ipad missing some essential apps(official versions) that I use on the daily. And the touchpad moves much faster IMO, especially when it comes to web browsing.
I gave the HP TouchPad to my mom, it's horrible. :mjlol: Gave her an iPad Mini yesterday for Christmas to replace it

I use HD player on iOS and point my browser to the given IP address. native MKV and AVI files play fine on it no conversion needed. its easier than drag and drop because I don't even have to plug anything up to my PC to do it.

:pachaha:

I can just download a mkv, avi, mp4 etc etc torrent directly from my note 3 and just watch it from one of the many video players I have on my phone. That's the problem I have with iOS....there is always an extra unnecessary step for EVERYTHING.

I don't download files on my phone nor am in interested in such things. How long is it gonna take to download an MKV over a torrent anyway? Am I really trying to d/l a 10+ GB movie file over a cell phone network?

Theres such a thing called WiFi you should look into it :skip:

10 GB torrents :mjlol:

Like I said man media consumption is just easier on an Android especially a note device. It just "does it" kinda like a PC running windows 7. There is no contest in that regard between android an iOS

the 1080p movie rips off my torrent site are 10GBs minimum. usually closer to 13-15. If I'm gonna download a movie it'll be one download for all devices.

I don't really watch movies on my Cell phone. I either use my iPad, Nexus 7, or Laptop.

Breh as an avid mobile device user ios simply has the best overall quality of apps and app support out..

Galaxy Note 4 >>>>iPhone 6+>>>>Nexus>>>>IPhone 6>>>>HTC M8>>>any windows devices and everythin
M8 is trash sorry. Note 4 is ok as well but loses points due to it having android. My Goat phone list is:

Iphone 6 plus >>>>Iphone 6 >>>>Nokia 930 >>>>>> Galaxy Note 4 >>>> One Plus One >>>> Everything else

I never understood this either. For example this one chick I was messing with has a iphone (i don't know what model cause I don't keep up with that shyt), and she want me to transfer some music from my laptop (asus rog) to her phone. I'm thinking no problem because all I have to do with my phone is plug it up to the laptop, drag/drop, and go on with life (phone savvy people, yall already know where this is going). So I plug up her phone and can't figure this shyt out so I look it up online and I have to install itunes, sync the music and do some other shyt on my computer just to transfer music?:skip: To make a long story short I just gave up after a while. I can only imagine what other hoops you have to jump thru just to do simple shyt you can do on an android. shyt is retarded to me.
use dropbox, onedrive, or any of the online file sharing programs.

Time to upgrade your puter skills breh

Me paying $50 a month for unlimited everything on my phone means more to me than downloading a movie on my phone. Or extracting an RAR on the phone. even so I can tether my phone to my laptop and download the movie there. Me saving a few hundred dollars over a 2 year is better to me and has real world value. So what If I have to tether my phone to my laptop and extract the file then copy it over?

I chose the iPhone over Android because I save a few hundred dollars over a 2 year period on my phone bill over having an Android phone. I don't think iOS is better than Android but elitist Android users crack me up about the little trivial shyt they brag about doing.
