Everything I need so far is on my iPhone 6 and I prefer the snappiness and overall better app quality along with the faster updates.

I really appreciate the more dependable camera too.

I am too one of the guys coming from android and doing all of that customizing shyt just to do it....I jail broke my iPhone and just added a few things that get normal use along with a few hacks for nba/moviebox/extra Facebook features....I'm loving my phone

That whole faster upgrades thing is BS if you Jailbreak because you could be waiting many months for a jailbreak on the update.
Once I get an app that lets me add the Google voice prompt to the native dailer in iOS my transition will be complete. With a jailbreak I've gotten everything else I care about from tweaks that I had on Android except that.
I just really despise iTunes, the program is just clunky. That and the iOS software is just full of bugs especially if u have an older iphone. I feel sorry for anyone trying to go to iOS 8 with an 8GB 5C :scust:

Paying a premium for upgraded memory is also not wats up there should not be a $100 difference between a 16gb iPhone 6 and a 64GB
Which is why I bought the 128GB iPhone. Storage is a none issue for me now. it's a $100+ premium to get an SD card of that size on Android.

that's a setting you can turn on or off and by default it isn't on. I've put music on my iPhone and taken it off and it doesn't convert it.

but you still had to use itunes to play music on your iphone, right???? :leostare:

And if you dont own a Mac???? :leostare:

You do know in the raw form of MP3's even if you use windows with itunes. itunes will convert it to the m4a format to use on their system, they dont use raw mp3 format files, which is bullshyt. because windows and androids do not need to convert anything.
:childplease: totally false:mjlol:

no, its an app called "MUSIC" where you click and all your music is there organized by artist/album/playlist etc. I haven't opened itunes on my iphone for years. i just had to look on my phone to see if itunes was still an app:russ:

technically you don't have to use iTunes. Copy Trans makes a program that can sync an iPhone and Mediamonkey does too.

it has its problems but also has its benefits. I can create a playlist on my computer much more efficiently than I can on an actual phone. In order to get things like smart playlist on Android I had to buy a third party program as well.

I don't think it should be required but its not all bad like you seem to want to make it.

IT IS EXTREMELY BAD.... :dahell: You shouldnt have to use your computer to make a playlist. I never did... I went through my phone and made one. You BROUGHT a program to do so, then you failed... I make a playlist now depending on what i want to listen to.

don't know what to tell you, i download music straight from all of the sites, unzip and drag right on to my phone and it plays fine. only thing itunes doesn't read is FLAC but there is free 3rd party legitimate apps in the App Store for FLAC...

You need a program like Playerpro to make smart playlist on Android. the native and Google apps don't have that feature. smart playlist are dynamic playlist that adjust based on your listening habits not manual ones you create and have to edit yourself. also you don't have to use a computer to make a playlist but you have the option to do so. I have about 7000 songs on my phone. it's just easier to manage from a PC with a mouse and keyboard.
