i thought about that as well, killing the 82 game season and face each team twice (home and away). but if that were to happen, lets say more west coast teams in the playoffs. how would the ratings look on the east coast?

Curry is still a great player and just needs his team to stay healthy and maybe for them to add a big man who can stay on the court and he will be fine. He may eventually have to be the second option if they want to win a title but until they get a player better than him why shouldn't he be the first option for his team.
Except that Harden is 24 and already took a team to the finals. Curry is 26 and hasn't done that. Neither has say..a two time mvp like Nash. Sounds like Harden will win more than 2 mvp's in due time.
Also, Harden played better than Curry in their respective final elimination games..
Even in the games he played bad in this series, he was still clutch in most of them. That last game didn't even need for him to be clutch as they found other ways to score already, they just lost it on (lack of) defense.
So by your logic Rodman took 3 teams to the finals huh? Harden was trash in the playoffs overall. fukk outta here
