"On Chill" is only decent because of Jeremiah. Replace Wale with any other rapper on that song and it would be even more popular. The only good thing about Wale's music are his features. If you take away Tiara Thomas, Jeremiah, Usher, Miguel, or any other R&b artist he features, the songs would have been trash. The only reason his career isn't on life support is because he relies on the talent of others, the r&b artists he features on his songs. He can't carry a song by himself anymore and receive the same success as he used to.

You do realize for most of those records he writes those hooks/choruses for ppl to sing right?

No he doesn't. Take the "Bad" song he did for Tiara Thomas for example. That was a song she wrote herself when she was 15 years old. She met Wale in a club and he told her to send him some of her music. She sent the original version of "Bad" and other songs to him and he flew her out to record.

Bad is the exception not the norm. We all know "Bad" was Tiara's song.

Wale lost me after TAAN. That was a master piece. He should stop making love songs.

I mean he only dropped one album after TAAN which we all agree is his weakest effort. But he also drop 3 eps since and they all been fire.. Wale's track record allows him a dud here and there. He has 2 classics and one 8/10 album.
