Nah, Randy destroyed him when he finally 'turned' on him, and they've been going at it for the past few months. I'd consider this a payoff. It's not like Randy came back and barely had any interaction with Seth or beat him up and kept it moving like HHH did with Sheamus.

well in WWE's defense, Daniel Bryan ruined alot of potential storylines being injured after both Wrestlemanias(30 and 31)

i just don't think they care anymore honestly. they've become too big. there's like a million things on the agenda now that they probably value above putting on a quality show.
at this point i think asking the WWE for a quality product would be like asking wal-mart for quality service. it's just not important to them. they're gonna get theirs regardless.
