Let's not act like Sony has not made some mistakes recently either. Don't laugh at my xbox one cloud thread and not think that I did not take notes on SONY and hold them accountable either
What a fukking mess though. The PS Vita failed, the PS TV failed and nobody talks about PlayStation NOW after Microsoft started making 360 games backwards compatible on the XBOX WON. What exactly is SONY going to do with the 380 MILLION dollar Gaikai investment? We might have this x86 platform for the next 10-20 years thus making backwards compatibility pretty much something that console gamers can expect for a while. Sony is not going to be able to give that PS3 to PS4 excuse anymore and TBH if all the rumors about the NEO are true...there comes a time in where brute force will allow even that cell architecture to be emulated on vastly superior hardware. Sony just needs to get on their job and make that possible.
Sony will start looking foolish if they keep using excuses to justify trying to get people to buy into a "cloud" based service.
Honestly I think PS Now should just be an extra $10 yearly premium for PlayStation Plus members. I understand that it's not an easy thing to maintain, but who is actually subscribed to the service that you know? I am the only one in my circle that has actually tried it
