He wasn't prepared for classic man to be as big as it was and he didn't handle his success correctly. He really only had one song for months. You couldn't find any music from him outside of classic man and the Janelle Monae guest appearances. No mistakes, no lose songs, nothing. It's like he was so busy building his brand as a well dressed rapper that he forgot that he had to actually rap too. He put out long live the chief way too late and had no real radio friendly follow up for classic man.
