i think DJ Khaled confirmed it in a new interview saying he was working on his new album when they went in the studio recording I Got The Keys, it's out there somwhere.

starts at 0:27 seconds in, it's been confirmed Jay was in the studio plus we already got like 4 songs with him on it this year. he's active enough to do it.
