It's hard to tell sometimes and if a person looks black, I really don't see what the hang up is, I see your avi and you can pass as mixed but to me you look more black
There's plenty of mixed people that look black, and there's plenty of light skinned blacks that looks mixed
My girlfriends cousin has a white mom and black dad and he's darker than me and has coarser hair than me and both of my parents are black
Why do we need to differentiate? Division should be based on attitudes and opinions instead of skin color.

Because there are non racially ambiguous Black, white, Latino people who will argue you up and down when you tell them you're not mixed. I cant even count how many times this has happened. I agree with you that Im obviously Black but there are people who swear they cant tell and I know some of them are just trying to be offensive not realizing I have no problems spitting in people's face if need be. I don't think its funny or acceptable to call someone out their race. Light skin Blacks without direct mixing exist and shouldn't be labeled mixed.
Not to mention, in my experience mixed people have self-image problems unique to them. I dont want to be lumped in with that.
