I agree. In Larian's case, I trust them because of the goodwill they build up.

But you know that shytty developers/companies like EA, Ubisoft, etc. will be using it to save money and lower costs, ignoring the quality of the production, given their history.

Around when the PS6 generation starts, we will really see a quality difference between developers who use AI as a tool only and those that use it as a replacement for talent to save money.

I think in particular performance will truly show this. As performance will be the crucial thing that needs to be prioritized for the next generation.

Sure but why should gamers care about EA and Ubisoft? Can't remember the last time I played one of their games, let the masses swallow the slop, we will always have prestige studios that will either not use it or actually use it as a tool instead of a replacement of an employee.
