This narrative has been pushed since his first album. Truthfully speaking, everybody's popularity wanes at some point and dwindles until they aren't anywhere as relevant as they used to be. It's happened to far greater rappers than Drake.

One thing that's undeniable is the charts. Currently on the hot 100 Passionfruit is #19, Portland is #55, and Gyalchester is #98. So maybe no one you be around is playing it but it's clearly getting play when you have 3 songs from it on the hot 100.

Artiscally it's been over, that's why he had to bring Quentin in the fold. But as wack as his music has been for the past 2 years people still seem to love it. Sooner or later being a 30+ year old who is making watered down imitation of other artists shyt is going to catch up to him.
