Nah. I told the story before. I was in the Navy and my homie Pretty Boy had a aunt who lived in Tampa. We drove down on a long weekend to party and we pull up to her condo.
We walk in her house and TLC was sitting on the couch.
His aunt had went to highschool with one of their moms. So TLC knew her well and when they were in town they would always stop by.
Back then i was a Chilli stan hardbody
I had my chance to spit at her and i dropped the ball
I opened my mouth to say some slick shyt to her and all that came out was a damn croak. Sounded like a frog.
The girls, my boy and his aunt are looking at me like
So Left Eye asks me what my name is. I am still so flustered i open my mouth and croak again!!
Left Eye says. Damn! Sounds like you got a turkey wing stuck in your neck
Everyone starts laughing![]()
man Left Eye was a character. I still say LA Reid was a dikk for not letting her release that Supernova album the proper way. I said it before on here that she was one of the most tragic stories in rap. Because she was one of the rare female rappers on a mainstream level that wrote their own raps. Man in that 5 year break from CrazySexyCool and Fanmail she should have released a solo project or two. Even if she had released two rap solo projects not including supernova and at least one was a classic for even hip hop heads like kim had with hardcore...then she and kim would be the two goats for women. and left eye would take the spot because she wrote her own verses and created her own image with no male rapper cosign. damn shame man.I think one of the girl in the car did injure their leg very badly and sued Left Eye. It was her protege T'melle from some group Lisa was trying to push and her injury was so bad I think she was wheel chair bound.
She knew she was gonna die I feel but it was so eerie how her mother said in some article I read that she had dreams and even knew the date she was gonna but the date came and went, unfortunately death was still chasing her. I mean it's also so interesting how she also choose to film everything. I know when she was a young teen she used to play around with a camcroder with a friend and some of those videos are out there on youtube but it's crazy still.
I wouldn't want to come back though, I'm gonna have to negotiate with god lol.
Man where do you keep getting all this incorrect information from?
I don't think T Melle ever sued her. If she wa suing a dead person that would be huge news. I think the suing was when Left Eye's mother sued the Mitsubishi automaker because of the van falling over so easily when all Left Eye did was make a turn. And i think they said there was problems with the model and reports in the past. And even now that i think about it...try to imagine you driving and you see a truck coming your way and you make a left turn into some flat grass
Why would your car or van turn over so easily as if it hit a rock or something
In that interview with Jack Thriller i think T Melle thanked Lisa and said if it wasn't for her they would be dead.
I
On April 25, 2002, plaintiff T'Melle Rawlings, a passenger in a rented Mitsubishi Montero driven by Lisa Nicole Lopes, was seriously injured when the automobile was involved in an accident in Honduras. Lopes, a member of the successful all-female singing group known as TLC, died in the accident. Alleging that the accident was caused by Lopes's negligence, Rawlings sued the Lopes estate together with ten corporate entities that Lopes had formed to manage her TLC affairs and her creative and business affairs outside of TLC.

Left Eye's Mother Sues Car Company For Unsafe SUV | Chart AttackT'Melle Rawlings, a survivor of the crash, filed a suit against Lopes' estate, blaming the singer for her injuries. Lopes was the only fatality in the accident, but Rawlings' lawyer said she almost lost her leg, endured several surgeries and continues to suffer from pain and limping. Though her suit doesn't specify any monetary damages being sought, Rawlings' lawyer said it's "a multimillion-dollar lawsuit — no question."

It's simple she was hurt and wass in a wheelchair so she wanted some of that dough. Also it wasn't literally Lisa but the estate is what I meant actually.
Look at this snip from the indictment here,

This means not only T'melle filed a suit if it is correct info. I also seen info from a book on the google site that says T'melle and someone else was seriously injured and filed a suit but I didn't post it because it may not be credible.

BarsIs it Me or can it Be I am little to Friendly so to speak Hypothetically say I supply Creativity:

my bad man i didn't know all of that you were right.
Its crazy cause in the documentary towards the end they show all the people who came to Lisa's funeral and showed someone in a wheelchair with their head in their face. I assumed she would be grieving Lisa but now you got me thinking. Now that i think about it there is another video on youtube i saw where she came off kind of insensitive when she talked about how when the crash happened she had no idea what was gonna happen to her career and how she may never walk again and i remember seeing someone post in the comment section how it sounds selfish and she isn't even talking about how bad it was for lisa that she lost her life and at least she still has hers...
Don't know how i could forget that comment
But its wild that you show up to a funeral and then sue right after.
I wonder if she ever got money? Im shocked i didnt hear about that though. I mean it is in the MTV archives though and i have seen alot of stories in the MTV archives over the years that almost vanish sometimes lol
With how outspoken T-Boz is i assumed she would have brought her up
What was Left Eye’s best advice to you?
I didn’t get it at the time but she taught me so much. She always said, “Think of something that’s going to make you stand out and make you unique in your individuality. Always be an individual.” So I was like, okay. I didn’t get it at the time. Then she was like, if you can help it, don’t come in this industry single. Have you a little boo. [Laughs] Because the industry is like high school. She was one of the realest, uncut, uncensored people I knew and what I loved about her is that she told us about her mistakes and how not to make those mistakes. One thing I can say about Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez is she kept it 100 and I will love her forever for that.
That was what T Melle said in an interview years back...how about the advice about not suing a dead person's estate T Melle?![]()

Chill, lol damn that's a dark way of thinking. T-Boz is strong as they portrayed herin the movie and I hope she fights her way through all of that. She should be fine.By the way speaking of Left Eye and her death im about to be a pessimist again but i think T Boz is gonna pass in a couple years. She went above the odds for decades with her health issues and survived that brain tumor years ago but i learned the average death of sickel cell in women(women with it live longer than men) is about 48 to 50. Which she will be in a couple years. Now advancements have improved but obviously there is still no cure . She said she been eating healthy and has like holistic vitamins but it seems like basic luck at this point because they said 50 percent of patients survive after 50.
Just imagine breh if Chilli is the last remaining member?![]()
