I don't even get the comparisons between those two any more. Drake is now firmly in the pop lane, and Kendrick is a rapper. You could argue a pop rapper....but he actually does rap. There's been a clear discrepancy between public interest in "rapper Drake" vs "pop star Drake" for the better part of 2 years, but people keep trying to shoehorn him into rap discussions.

I'm honestly confused breh. Drake just dropped two songs....one rap, one his pseudo-R&B crooning shyt....one fell to #177 on Itunes, the other is #3. Why people keep trying to throw his name into rap discussions....I don't get it. Cats talk about "Drake runs the rap game!" while citing songs that aren't even rap, as proof. Very puzzling.
