So i've decided to get a sleeve done....

i have a BS tattoo on my right arm like this

i got it when i was 19 and i have been disgusted with it ever since. i want to cover it up and i decided that since i have no other tattoos anywhere else, a full sleeve (from the shoulder down to my wrist) would look kinda cool on me. any suggestions or reasons why i shouldn't do this?

I love tattoos. I would reconsider going to the wrist though. Maybe start with a half sleeve. You might be in a position in the future where you don't want anyone to see it, and it's hot as fukk outside.

I regret having mine done. I got my sleeve because I had gotten some shytty tattoo as a teenager and always wanted to get an artistic sleeve done. I ended up getting one while temporarily unemployed. It took about six sessions (still not completed after 5 years) and dozens of pain pills afterwards to help me sleep.

Needless to say, I love it; however, I can never go on company golf outings or wear polos around the office during the oppressive heat of the summer months. If anything, do what another poster suggested and go with a half sleeve that stops shy of the elbow.

This is what I would do. I got a couple tattoos and I'm definitely not getting any more. Ever. I don't regret the ones I got but I'm done desecrating my flesh. Most of these dudes that are tatted up all over are gonna regret most if not all of their tattoos when they get a little older.
