lets see....... a lambo....... hmmmmm......... %10 of drakes total gross earnings and profits.......hmmmmm........thats a big gap in that dollar amount fam lol......

does he deserve it? dunno but if he really put drake on he deserves what he is owed and
a lambo is just chumpin him off in reality

Its a big gap but unless Drake hired J Prince and gave him a title, a three hundred thousand dollar car is about as much as you can expect for putting somebody on.

If J Prince wanted more, he should've come to Drake with something more than a verbal agreement. 10% of of total and future gross earning is some shyt that HAS to be in contract. Nobody in they right mind would honor that without being bound to something in writing.

I know J Prince moves in the streets so we'll see how this plays out but he aint getting anything in court.

It's a cool story and everything, but stop comparing a dude slapping the shyt out of someone's son and handling it in the streets to a court case. you thought he was going to file an assault and battery case? You don't even need to be a street nikka to go see a grown man that slapped your son.......
I'd let somebody slap my son for 2 million. Hell punch the lil nikka. :manny:

Here folks go.... talking all loud b/c they like Drake's music but have no clue how the music industry works behind the scenes...

"But, but he took it to the courts!!!"

Drake will get his management (since that's who's getting sued) to pay that money on the sly, give a shoutout to Jas on one of his new songs, and everyone will move on... simple as that.

He said entertainment lawyer Ronald Sweeney represents both Drake's managers and the record company that pays the royalties. Those companies are controlled by rapper Lil Wayne and have sold 5 million copies of Drake's albums in recent years.

"It's one big shell game," McMillan said.

Court papers say that when Prince demanded an accounting, Drake's managers referred him to Sweeney, who promised to comply but never did.
When Prince asked Lil Wayne's companies directly for an accounting, they also referred him to Sweeney.

Sweeney declined comment.

McMillan said that Drake, who gave Prince a Lamborghini for his birthday in October 2010, still has strong ties to his client. "Neither one of them has been paid," he said.

Actually this LAWSUIT is a FAVOR to DRAKE :umad:

Because according to the paperwork filed by J Prince Jr. ..DRAKE IS GETTING RAPED......his management is represented by the same DAMN LAWYER for YMCMB....BIG CONFLICT OF INTREST!!! :dwillhuh:

In that letter, Meloni says that Drake's royalty account got nothing though his worldwide sales "are in excess of five million units." He said Drake had received "inexcusably delayed, incomplete, confusing and misleading" statements listing what he was owed :damn:

Weezy really is BIRDMAN JR!!!!...thowing niccas royalties in the bushes!!!!!!!!!!

In his papers, Prince said Drake himself is being cheated by his managers and is "on the brink" of suing Aspire and Bryant, who also manages Lil Wayne and Kanye West. He attached an April 2012 letter from Drake's lawyer, Robert Meloni, to Aspire which terminates Drake’s exclusive contract with Aspire.
