Tupac's height is between 5'10-5'11, when got arrested in NY his height was listed as 5'11, but his California driver's licence has him at 5'10. Im not sure where 5'9 comes from. Snoop was 6'2-4 and Pac was always noticeably shorter, but not but a lot.
Will Smith wasn't a big guy from 91-96, he has a clear height advantage but there's nothing indicating he'd wash Pac in a fight.
