great beats, great lyrics, great hooks and consistency.

"Classic" as thrown around means nothing more than "album I like."

So anyone with a favorite rapper with at least six albums is going to respond listing all their albums and saying, "________ has (at least) 6 classics."

The term's been so overused and diluted that it's lost any meaning.

also ppl over the years with everything getting overrated to classic status feel the need to do the same for stuff they like to draw attention. id rather ppl just give a rating then back it up with some reasoning, because id love to read someone's thorough analysis on why we are the streets is a 5 mic album, no offense to the lox.
