Don't know if it's been mentioned or not, but there is one official black HA in Canada. He was a close friend of "Mom" which is how he got in the door. I'd have to look up the dude's info as it's been a long time since I read his story, but I recall him being a personal bodyguard to "Mom's" son. I remember the article mentioned something like this brother must be a ultra-goon to be the only black dude holding down the fort around all those grimy white dudes.
It does go without saying though, that the 1% world is racist towards blacks. You look at the Aryan Brotherhood, quite a few of their members are from 1% clubs. At the same time, The Outlaws allow Hispanics, but no blacks, and they've been hit with hate crime charges in the past too. You see a lot of swastikas in that world too. Some of it is just to be shocking, like a middle finger to society, but for some others it does truely mean something, like yeah I'm racist as hell and proud of it. To be fair though, the founder of the HAs, who's like their godfather now, wrote the intro for a book about the Dragons MC which is a black club in Oakland.
