Time to put on my detective cap. It's interesting that Lockette's name keeps coming up. The police report asserts that it was Lockette and Patton who may have committed the assault that day. Moreover the only player to call the police was Lockette. Reports say Lockette was with another player, who might have been Patton. The 40 Whiners had Lockette live with Kaepernickel this past season or last so Lockette could learn the playbook. So in essence Lockette was sharing living quarters with Kaepernickel. So while the report says the apartment was Kaepernickel's, Lockette may have had access. It sounds like something happened to agitate the woman so that she wouldn't leave. Perhaps she was promised Kaepernickel or something. If drug tests show she wasn't inebriated with any illicit rape drugs, that means she likely didn't pass out. It appears Kaepernickel might have brought the girl home, with or without Lockette/Patton, but it was Lockette/Patton who ate that night. Why would Kaepernickel bring home a woman just to have Lockette/Patton fukk her? The cops don't mention Kaepernickel was present when Lockette called. Moreover the woman's testimony doesn't exactly say Kaepernickel fukked her. It appears Kaepernickel may have brought home the girl, and left. The woman's statement heavily suggests it was Lockette and Patton who had sex with her that night, not Kaepernickel. Sounds like there was a schism of sorts.
I don't believe the woman was drugged or raped. Lockette was Kaepernickel's roommate during this time, so he had Kaepernickel's ear. Through some order of events, Kaepernickel returned one night with a ho that Lockette and Patton wanted, but Kaepernickel either didn't want or already had.
