You can't always kill everyone, unless you are probably insane, sometimes you warn people, intimidation is a tactic pretty much all gangsters have done. But killing everybody isn't smart.
I wouldn't have killed Flex over this, I wouldn't even have put a gun to him cause it's not that deep, people are going to say shyt, I would have spoke to him and let him know that isn't acceptable and the reasoning behind why. If he persisted vehemently then it could be a problem if Pac was people's like that. But the first method should always be a peaceful solution and a mature solution from my perspective anyway, the comments weren't cool but it's not worth someone dying for or risking lifelong imprisonment for. Loyalty is though.
But I think in this situation merely a conversation could have dealt with the situation. That being said I don't criticize too highly those who wiled out cause if you're dissing their dead loved one emotions can become uncontrollable and tempers can flare. But killing people over comment's like this isn't a wise move, if you're gonna handle it in a street way intimidation, at least initially was probably the best option.
