So Landlords can break leases at will but tenants can't?

Rules are Rules.

If you signed you are legally binded to that contract. :francis:

Basically. If the rules are within the contract you signed you are legally contracted to oblige. Save your money and just find another place. Better to do it before the eviction is on your record. If you signed the lease there is not a court in the world that will rule in your favor if you paid after the 5 day grace period.

I was told my upstairs neighbor wouldn't have big pets.

I've reported my faucet water smelling like ass multiple times.

It takes days for repairs to get done.

Numerous things on my move in inspection list were never fixed but i'm in the wrong :comeon:

I heard it was an extra month + deposit tho

yeah it varies from apt to apt, i'd just have them give you a copy of your lease and forward it to your attorney to see what can be done

I have a copy, just states 60 days notice must be given before the expiration of the lease when planning to move.

I gave them 60 days, they can suck my dikk if there's an issue
