He deserves the votes. He's a strong weakside defender, a strong on the ball defender, and is very effective no matter what defensive strategy is being used. When you look at all the defensive measures he's an elite defender. There are better one on one defenders, but only for the simple fact that TOny Allen and Avery Bradley can expend all their energy on one end of the floor.

And Leron? He plays on a gotdamn all-star team.
