It's insane how few fouls he gets called for. Wasn't it last year's playoffs where he was averaging like one a game or something like that?
Nobody is denying he's a great defender, but the almost complete lack of calls against him is a joke.

He doesn't go for fakes, recovers, is pretty much impossible for SF's to post up against and doesn't reach.
I just saw one of the 4 games but lets say he somehow didn't touch anyone on the defensive end but not even one charge?
He is very physical and drives to the basket and not one of those is an offensive foul? Not one foul when he's fighting for a rebound/boxing out. He shoulder rolls players out of the way and refs just look the other way.

Yeah that nikka plays strap D and rarely fouls. I can remember 1 game in 10 years he was in foul trouble and that was last year in the playoffs.

This. He ain't been guarding nobody. With that said, I still think LeBron's defense a lil overrated.

I get it. But it still seems a bit unreal. Majority of the players don't go 4 games in an entire season without getting a foul called on him. He's gone 4 straight games. You would think he would maybe a foul a game.

Going to the rim he's physical but not out of control, watch him more and you'll see that he avoids contact more often than not. He slows down when he goes to the rim, ever ask yourself why despite being such a high jumper & so quick why you rarely see him flush it on someone in traffic?
He initiates contact on drives but doesn't just bowl people over, they're usually on his side when he bumps them, the ref will almost always call that a foul on the defender if the offensive player doesn't extend their arm.

He's always been extra careful about fouling though. Part of it is respect from the refs, but part of it is also how he defends.
