Saying he was never a head coach and saying he was never a head coach in the NBA are two different things. Blatt is pretty accomplished at the European and International level as a head coach, maybe you should look at his resume.

Everyone knows about his resume in those other leagues no one cares. Again he has accomplished nothing in the NBA that's what counts.

He proved he was a rookie head coach with all the dumb shyt he was doing in the beginning of the season. That league he was coaching in is totally different in every way
